• All WhatsApp Campaigns sent may not be visible on Web WhatsApp.
• WhatsApp Campaign may not reach iPhones all the time due to iPhone security issues.
• Every number sent from our Panel will show as SENT only in reports.
• The delivery success ratio will be approx. 60% to 80%, as 20%–40% may not get delivered or may show as "waiting for message" due to WhatsApp number bans.
• Buttons Campaign will be allowed with 01 media only (image, video, or PDF).
• Buttons Campaigns are available for INDIA only.
• Button Campaign delivery may take 30 to 240 minutes.
• No Elections Campaigns allowed for Button Campaigns.
• Max allowed file size for image/video/PDF is 05 MB each.
• Maximum up to 02 Lacs numbers can be sent in a single campaign.
• Delivery time: 02 to 04 hours.
• Campaigns can be sent Monday to Saturday between 10 AM to 06 PM IST only.
• Maximum 03 demo campaigns (less than 10 numbers) allowed per day.
• Maximum 10 campaigns allowed per day.
• All non-WhatsApp number credits will be refunded after 48 hours.
• Major Difference Between Buttons Whatsapp & Non Buttons Whatsapp: 1. Its a Whatsapp rule incase you receive any message from unknown number and if that message has a LINK, then it wouldnt be in a clickable format but will go in a Text format only. However even though you receive a message from an unknown number but the links in it would be in a clickable format apart from that you would have 02 buttons in the buttom: Viusit Us (Link of a website) & Call Now (Mobile number with click to call format).
